Returns & Refunds (the not-so-fun but important stuff)

We want you to love your order. Like, actually wear-it-every-week love it. But if something’s off, we’ve got you.

30-Day Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Just make sure it’s:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Basically… don’t take it out for a full spin and then send it back 😅


How to Start a Return

Easy:

Email us at 📧 dillydaysbrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What’s going on (quick and simple)

We’ll walk you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Heads up:

  • If your item shows up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that’s on us, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Refunds usually take a few business days to show up (banks like to take their time)

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We got you.

Just reach out and we’ll help you swap it out.


If Something Shows Up Wrong

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or totally not what you ordered

That’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast.

Send us a photo + your order number and we’ll take care of it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is MIA:

  • Check around your delivery area / neighbors
  • Then reach out, we’ll help however we can
